Solutions The  first step :
Open Eclipse-->window-->preference-->general-->keys

Temporarily modify the shortcut keys. After the problem is resolved, suggest to change back.

Check the Sogou IME shortcut key settings, if the Ctrl+shift+e shortcut operation is not checked, then tick on.
