-vmargs
-duser.name={author Name}
Remember to be-vmargs, otherwise invalid.

2. Set Eclipse parameters
windows-->preference
Java-->code Style-->code Templates
code-->new Java Files
The original content is:

${package_declaration}

${typecomment}
${type_declaration}
Add the custom content and add the following content:
${filecomment}
${package_declaration}
/** 
* @author author E-mail:
* @version creation time: ${date} ${time}
* Class Description
*/

3. Set Eclipse Parameters
windows-->preference
Java-->code Style-->code Templates
Comments-->files
Modify the configuration as needed, and ensure that ${filecomment} is in the configuration of the above item.
