Eclipse---New JSP page default template settings

Set up

This is the case when creating a new JSP in eclipse:

Sometimes we do not want the character set is Iso_8859-1, think the character set is UTF-8, each modification will be very troublesome, then we can modify the JSP template settings:

window>preferences>web>jsp file>editor>templates

Make edits on this page

You can change it, you can change it to what it is;-)
