Eclipse Online installation of Ivy and Ivyde

Configure the Ivy Plus Lib management tool in eclipse to import the Lib package needed for the project

This tool can specify the need for that LIB, defined in XML, ivy will automatically help you add the external package

1. Download resources (may be a problem, more Google, more Baidu is simply missing the feature corresponding plugin)
