Step One: Enter the Gpedit.msc command in the Run edit box of the Windows XP computer and enter to open the Group Policy window.
Step Two:
Then in the left pane, expand the Computer Configuration/windows Settings/security Settings/Local Policies directory, and click to select Security Options. In the right pane list, locate the account: Local account with blank password only allows console login option, which is enabled by default. Because of the principle of "deny precedence" in the security policy of Windows XP, a user with a null password is forbidden to access a computer using Windows XP over the network, as shown in 2008120518.

Step Three:
Right-click the option to execute the Properties shortcut command. In the Properties dialog box that opens, select the Disabled Radio box and click OK to make the setting take effect. Finally, close the Group Policy window, as shown in 2008120519.
