Eclipse Preferences (Preferences) Settings preferences

The dialog box can be managed by the framework but other plugins can set other pages to manage the configuration of preferences.

We can open the dialog box by selecting the Preferences menu item from the Window menu.

The Preference page has multiple classifications. You can expand the individual nodes in the left menu to see the configuration of your preferences.

The input box in the upper left corner allows you to quickly find the preferences page. You can quickly find the corresponding preference page by entering the letter of the preference page you want to find in the input box. For example: Enter a font to find the Font preference page.

After you have finished configuring the Preferences page, click the OK button to save the configuration and click the Cancel button to discard the changes.
