Eclipse publishes Web project, modifies Tomcat port

If you want to modify the port that Tomcat publishes, there are two methods:

1. Open the Server.xml under the Conf folder in the Tomcat installation directory using Notepad to find <connector port= "8080" protocol= "http/1.1"

connectiontimeout= "20000"

redirectport= "8443"/>

Change 8080 to 80, and then start the Tomcat service, to make sure that the 80 port is not occupied, otherwise it will be an error.

2. If you are using Eclipse to start Tomcat, you will not be able to achieve your goal in the way above.

Workaround:

1. Double-click Server to open the Server configuration page

2. Modify the port number as shown in:
