Eclipse Settings default encoding is Utf-8

1. window->preferences->general->content type->text->jsp The bottom is set to UTF-8

2. window->preferences->general->workspace Panel text file encoding select UTF-8

3. window->preferences->web->jsp Files Panel Select ISO 10646/unicode (UTF-8)

Windows->preferences ... Open the Preferences dialog box, navigate to the left navigation tree, navigate to general->content Types, right context Types tree, point to each subkey in text, and enter "UTF-8" in, point update!

Other Java application development related files such as: properties, XML, etc. have been specified by the Eclipse default, respectively, Iso8859-1,utf-8, such as the development of the need to change the encoding
