Eclipse shortcut keys are not available

Ctrl+shift+r is one of Eclipse's most used shortcut keys to open a resource, enter the first few letters in a file name or file name, and open any file in the workspace

Today, when you open eclipse, you are prompted with the word "the item that the shortcut points to has changed or moved," and then choose whether to delete it.

When you click Delete, the shortcut cannot be used.

Then click Eclipse's Windows->preference->generel->keys

Enter "Ctrl+shift+r", then click on Restore commands to recover the shortcut key is OK.
