In Eclipse, click Window->preferences to open the Global Properties Settings dialog box,
To set the JVM parameters for the Tomcat runtime as shown, add this JVM setting:
-xms256m-xmx768m-xx:permsize=64m-xx:maxpermsize=256m

If you still have a memory overflow, you can try to set the XMS value further, such as still cannot resolve the problem that may not be memory setting, may be a dead loop or memory leak caused by the program, need to examine the program carefully.
