The workaround is as follows:
1, reset the window layout:
Windows > Perspective > Reset Perspective
2, if the Reset window layout is not used, use the following method:
Delete the workspace_home/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.core.resources/.project in the current working directory, and then restart Eclipse

However, the second method may have some impact on the project, so it is not recommended, and if the first method can be solved, the first method is solved.
