Eclipse startup Acceleration

Today, record the parameter settings during eclipse startup:-vmargs-xms128m-xmx256m

This is to download the eclipse Startup File or its shortcut. There is a space before each.

I have tried this in eclipse2.1 and 3.1, and the effect is still very good. Here, my machine configuration is 512 MB. I have also configured it on my old machine. The memory of that machine is 256 MB, so the maximum and minimum values are doubled. If you want to try it, you can modify the maximum and minimum values based on the actual situation of your machine.
