\\1, open Eclipse Workspace, I set Workspace in E:\eclipse\Workspace\, open the. log file under the Metadata folder to view the contents of the. log file.

\\2, open the Eclipse installation directory (I installed it in the E:\Eclipse directory) under the configuration directory , delete org.eclipse.update and org.eclipse.osgi these two folders , then start Eclipse and you'll find the problem solved.
