Eclipse Startup error No Java Virtual machine was found

This problem occurs because eclipse cannot find the path for Javaw.exe to open the Eclipse.ini file:

Add between OpenFile and--launcher.appendvmargs:

-vm
C:\Program Files\java\jdk1.8.0_31\bin\javaw.exe

The location where the Javaw.exe is added.
