There may be multiple people logged into Windows OS with an account.

The workaround:
Open Eclipse Preferences. Select general->security->secure Storage. Remove Windows Integrationand leave the UI Prompt. OK, close the preferences form.
Note that if many people start eclipse on this machine, ask someone else to exit eclipse before the operation.
Inconvenient Place:
Eclipse is saving sensitive data such as reading passwords to preferences. The user may be prompted to set/fill in the password.
The first time you set a password, you will be prompted if you need to provide a means to restore the password. Cancel is possible.
