Referenced Libraries appears in the Package Explorer window, but the default left side of the Java EE perspective is the Project Explorer window. So just open the Package Explorer window and open the method: menu Window->show view->other->java->package Explorer, if the package Explorer window still disappears referenced Libraries directory, you can click the inverted triangle arrow in the upper right corner of the Package Explorer window and select "Show ' referenced Libraries ' Node" in the pop-up menu.

The Package Explorer window also groups items, which can be grouped when there are more than 10 items, and the setup process is:

Click the inverted triangle arrow in the top right corner of the Package Explorer window and select top level elements->working sets from the popup menu.
