Accustomed to sublime, in exchange for Eclipse, always some reluctant. Very important reason is, sublime interface more eye-pleasing, see long not tired.
1) Color theme
Of course, Eclipse supports custom code format, and the color font can be changed. However, each time it is set again very troublesome, so many options. If you want to change back, but also waste a lot of time. I think I'm not the only one who needs this, so I found the color theme plugin in Eclipse market. Plug-ins support a variety of common classic IDE theme. You do not need to manually set, or replace the config file, directly select the topic you want to.
But after the change is not enjoyable. I think the eclipse theme of win is white, and the contrast of the code is too big, so I simply set the whole eclipse into a dark theme and feel the world is instantly friendly. Long time code is not particularly dazzling.
2) MiniMap
Sublime, the Bird-view function gives you a macro perspective, and in a very long single file, you can quickly find the part you want to jump to. Minimap just realized this function. However, this plugin cannot be displayed in the blank space of the code area as in sublime, but instead creates a separate window. For me with no external monitor, the screen space is so precious. I can only choose to give up. If you have a big screen, this plugin is good to use. Similarly, you can find this plugin in the market place.
