eclipse-View jar Source code garbled problem resolution

Step 1:

In the Eclipse menu bar,window–>preferences–>general–>content types, the jar Content, the default of the Java Class File Encoding are set to the encoding you want.

Step 2:

The light setting above does not work, but also need to set the workspace encoding. window–>preferences–>general–>workspace, the default encoding of the text file encoding is also set to the same encoding as above.

Step 3:

　　Restart Eclipse
