  1. Open your Eclipse installation directory and locate the Eclipse.ini file

  2. Open Eclipse.ini file, add a line of code to the bottom:-dfile.encoding=utf-8, just like this

  3. Save and close this file to open your eclipse

  4. Select a project, press Ctrl+enter to view the properties, and you can see that the default encoding has been changed to Utf-8
