Two methods:
First download the SVN plug-in package installed to eclipse, which will have "plugins" and "Features" two folders, to be used during installation.
1. Then locate the folder named "Plugins" and "features" under the Eclipse directory to copy the contents of the downloaded SVN name folder into the same folder with the same name as Eclipse.
The contents of the SVN "plugins" folder are copied to the eclipse's "plugins" folder, and the contents of the SVN "features" file are copied to the "features" folder in Eclipse.
Find the shortcut "Eclipse.exe" for Eclipse Launch, right-click Properties, add "-clean" to the last position of "target"
That is: ... \eclipse.exe "-clean
You can start eclipse normally.
2. Under the Eclipse Interface menu, click Help->install New Software
In the top right corner of the pop-up page, click the "Add ..." button.
Pop-up page "name" to fill in a name, and then click "Archive ..." button, select the download of Eclipse's SVN plugin package (do not unzip).
Ok->next ... Restart Eclipse when the installation is complete.
