After the project is completed, maintenance upgrades and other issues are required, but M companies think that the profit of maintenance is too small to outsource it to some small IT companies. At present, project maintenance outsourcing and project testing outsourcing are a majority of projects, and many small and medium IT enterprises rely on large companies to undertake outsourcing projects. Outsourcing is another pillar of IT outsourcing. That is, Company A needs to work on projects, but there is a lack of personnel. Company B has such technical talents, So Company A has reached an agreement with Company B, I borrowed some developers from Company B for a period of time. Of course, Company A must pay the salaries of Company B. They are mainly engaged in staff outsourcing and they will recruit IT staff, outsourcing to Lenovo, IBM, Oracle and other large software companies, through the sale of the price difference to obtain profits. For outsourcing personnel, the advantage is that they can enter and work with large IT companies at a low threshold, while rapidly increasing their horizons. The disadvantage is that you are tired and lack of training opportunities. At present, many outsourcing companies call projects that have been outsourced from a company as their own projects to improve the company's reputation. Of course, to a certain extent, this project does belong to the outsourcing company's own project, but this project is completely different from the company's true bidding for a project. One of the most obvious characteristics of outsourcing projects is that the system architecture is determined by the contractor rather than by the developer.
