Then he apologized to me and said, "Sorry, I didn't care about the admission time on my resume. Because ZTE has rigid regulations on the employee's degree, I cannot enter this degree. He showed me my interview questions and answered well, better than the last graduate student. I said thank you. It may be because I have no chance to reach such a high level, so I pay more attention to the basics.

Then, Manager Xiao gave me some advice, saying that it was a big company. For example, I may not be able to enter companies with rigid requirements for education, such as ZTE and Huawei, but I am looking for a small and medium company to develop, it will certainly be promising. I understood the company's rules and thanked him for his suggestions. After talking about the rules, I got up and left. Xiao Shi asked another young interviewer to send me a message. On the way, he also said that I was much better than the one I just interviewed. I had to smile at him and talk to him frequently.

I suddenly felt a little sad when I looked at my peers who were walking on the road with a work permit from a team.
