For example: Users often reflect the receipt of a number of "subscription" or "unsubscribe" and other vocabulary of bulk spam. In this scenario, the junk e-mail filter for Exchange online may not be available, but it does harass the employee. How can you filter out this type of mail? You can typically use Exchange online mail flow rules (transport rules) to be realistic.
I. Create a mail flow rule based on content text pattern filtering
In the Exchange Admin Center window, click Mail flow in the navigation bar, select rules in the right window navigation bar, click the Add "+" button, select "Create a new rule" from the drop-down menu and open the "New rule" window.

Because messages that are sent internally may be received with text in the condition, these messages should not be filtered because filtering out the work that might affect the user. In the Select Sender Location dialog box, select Internal organization. Click "OK", return to "new Rule" window, click "Save" to complete the creation of the rule.

Ii. Creating a mail flow rule based on phrase or keyword filtering
In new rule, specify that the subject or body contains any of the following words in the subject or body selection criteria.

It may be necessary to receive business or promotional messages from a partner, even if they contain keywords from the list above, then the domain of those senders should be excluded from the rule's role.

Iii. Enabling/disabling and prioritizing rules
