The first step, clear the DNS resolution cache

Our system caches some of our usual DNS addresses, which are designed primarily to speed up our access to the network. But sometimes these cached DNS addresses are not working properly for some reason, causing our web pages to fail to open. All we have to do is clear the DNS addresses of these system caches.

7. when the DNS resolution server setting is complete, then open the browser and re-enter the URL.
