Emacs opens with an HTTP proxy

Environment: Ubuntu 15.04 64bit,emacs, git

Reason:

Because you want to use the Emacs configuration of Steve Purcell (HTTPS://GITHUB.COM/PURCELL/EMACS.D), but his configuration will be downloaded to find that the network is not connected, so you need to open emacs with a proxy.

1. Delete your own configuration.

rm ~/rm -rf ~/.emacs.d/mkdir ~/.eamcs.d

2. Clone the configuration of Steve Purcell.

$ git clone https://github.com/purcell/emacs.d.git ~/.emacs.d

3. Use the HTTP proxy to open emacs to automatically download the remaining configuration files.

Http_proxy=http://127.0.0.1:8118/EMACS-NW

Now Emacs will be able to automatically download the configuration file for network patency.
