The idea is to upload ipk files to Linux via FTP and install them via opkg.

Many tools have been able to UI these operations, the command line is just a spare tool,

-The command line is the most straightforward and fast when all tools are not used or are experiencing problems.

-When you are temporarily unable to use your familiar win system or Mac system, the command line is a pass-through tool, cross-platform.

1. FTP Upload

FTP 192.168.3.1

Root

Put /users/xxx/downloads/enigma2-plugin-extensions-openair_0.5.6_all.ipk

/tmp/enigma2-plugin-extensions-openair_0.5.6_all.ipk

2. Remote execution, Telnet 192.168.3.1 or SSH [email protected] This is based on the device's open service to determine.

OPKG Update

opkg Install /tmp/enigma2-plugin-extensions-openair_0.5.6_all.ipk

3. If you have a dependence, please install it first, so that you can proceed to the next step according to the information prompted.
