Engineering Introduction:
1. This example has three places worth learning:
(1) Creation of multiple timers in the same window.
(2) Create a window with an external key.
(3) Multi-waveform display.
2. Press the K2 button to create the Patient Information window.     
Press the K3 button to close the created window.
