Windows PowerShell Web Access (PSWA) is a new feature in Windows Server 2012 that acts as a Windows PowerShell gateway that allows remote computers to access and manipulate Web-based (HTTPS)-Targeted computers Windows PowerShell to execute PowerShell commands and scripts without having to install PowerShell, remote management software, or browser plug-ins on the client. Some of its roles are like Remote Desktop Gateway, allowing standalone applications and supporting workgroup environments.
If the user does not exit, the connection will automatically disconnect after 20 minutes. You can only connect to one remote computer at a time, and you cannot open PowerShell Web Access in multiple tabs.

where "-computername" is the name of the computer to which you want to authorize access through PowerShell Web access, or you can use "Computergroupname" to specify a computer group; "-username" is the user that is allowed to access, and " Usergroupname "is the user group;"-configuration "is the allowed session configuration.
