Enable VIM in Syntastic support c++11

Installation of syntastic after the discovery does not support c++11, will prompt the error incompatible with c++98, the workaround is as follows:

. VIMRC Add:

Let G:syntastic_cpp_compiler = ' g++ '
Let g:syntastic_cpp_compiler_options = '-std=c++11-stdlib=libc++ '
As my syntastic is used in conjunction with Youcompleteme, find the-wc++98-compat in the. ycm_extra_conf.py and modify it to-wnoc++98-compat

At this point, has successfully made syntastic support C++11 no longer error.
