Encountered a section with no package under ubuntu12.04: Header error Solution

Just want to install a few software under ubuntu12.04, sudo apt-Get install libsqlite3-dev automake scratchbox2, did not think of the following error:

 
Reading the package list... error! E: encountered a section with no package: headere: Problem with mergelist/var/lib/APT/lists/cn.archive.ubuntu.com _ ubuntu_dists_natty_main_i18n_Translation-enE: Unable to parse or open the package list or status file.
 

The solution is as follows:
(1) Delete all files in the/var/lib/APT/lists directory
Sudo RM/var/lib/APT/lists/*-RF
(2) then execute the update command to regenerate:

Sudo apt-Get update
