Decryption: aspnet_regiis-Pd "connectionstrings"-app "/smpweb"

The following errors may occur during encrypted website browsing:

The provider rsaprotectedconfigurationprovider cannot be used for decryption. The provider returns. The error message is: the RSA key container cannot be opened.

The solution is as follows:

Command: aspnet_regiis-pa "netframeworkatio atioNkey "" nt authority \ Network Service"

Note: Under XP: aspnet_regiis-pa "netframeworkpolicatioNkey "" ASPnet"
