Scope, foresight, and Goal

 

 

The scope is used to describe all the content contained in the project, that is, all the things that must be done to complete the project, including your insights, goals, requirements, and content that may also be included in the "Project purpose" in the document.

 

The "foresight" here refers to a clear concept of the project's objectives. Why do you need to do this project first? Each project is an independent task with an expected output. Commit to a project, complete it, and switch to the next project.

 

If you cannot describe the project goal in one sentence, this is not a project. The project has clear tasks, limited lifecycles, and fixed end nodes. Without a clear and interrelated goal, it is difficult to move forward according to the project plan.

 

One important thing you can do is to inspire the team's trust. Human nature of suspicion tends to make jobs fail. You must be confident and have confidence in the project. If you are inspired by the foresight, your team will be encouraged.
