I started the MONGO command before:/usr/local/mongodb/bin/mongod--config/usr/local/mongodb/bin/mongod.cnf--repliset MyReplset

This command is:/usr/local/mongodb/bin/mongod--config/usr/local/mongodb/bin/mongod.cnf--repliset MyReplicate

So two times the specified replica set name is inconsistent, resulting in an error.
