Because, the dependency services enumerated in step 1 are only accepted by the system and are the most basic. To see a complete list of services on which a service (assuming name xxx) depends, you can do this : start-run, hit regedit (recommended Regedit32, if the command is available), enter, find Hkey_local_machine\system\currentcontrolset\xxx, Double-click the DependOnService item on XXX to see the list of services that you depend on.   3, there are 2 methods of treatment : 3.1) Start the service you depend on (not recommended) , as in step 1 3.2) Delete the redundant list of dependent services in DependOnService and keep only the most basic dependent services.
