ERROR 1366 (HY000) in MySQL: Incorrect string value problem

MySQL ERROR 1366 (HY000): Incorrect string value. This is the encoding problem. The default encoding or UTF8 encoding may be selected when MySql is installed, therefore, an Encoding Error occurs during data insertion. if the data in www.2cto.com is not important, the solution is to use alert database databaseName character set utf8 to change the encoding format of the database. If the data in the project is important data, there is still a solution to use alter table tableName convert to character set utf8 to convert the data table that needs to insert Chinese characters into utf8.
