Upgrade failed. Error code 18004 is displayed.

Symptom

The router fails to be upgraded. The error code 18004 is displayed as follows:

Solution:

The possible cause of this problem is that the downloaded and decompressed binfile is damaged. We recommend that you delete the downloaded upgrade package and the decompressed folder, and re-download the upgrade software for upgrade.

Note:Please download and upgrade the software from our official website service support center.
