Reason CMD does not use Administrator privileges

Right-click cmd in the C:\Windows\System32 directory to select Run as Administrator

Re-CD C:\Program Files\mongodb\server\3.4\bin

Perform:

Mongod.exe--bind_ip 127.0.0.1--logpath "C:\data\dbConf\mongodb.log"--logappend--dbpath "C:\data\db"--servicename " MongoDB "--servicedisplayname" MongoDB "--install

You won't get any more errors.
