Unable to authenticate the user requesting debugging due to an authentication error. When you try to execute a web application in one stepProgramOr XML Web Services, this problem may occur. One cause of this error is that integrated Windows authentication is not enabled. To enable this authentication, follow the steps in enable integrated Windows authentication.
If integrated Windows authentication is enabled but this error still persists, the cause of this error may be that"Digest authentication for Windows Domain servers". In this case, contact your network administrator.
Enable integrated Windows Authentication

Use the Administrator account to log on to the web server.
