Error: failed to Load file or assembly "XXX" or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the specified file and loads xxx

Solution: First, check whether the UI Layer references the class library to be reflected, then load the class library, generate a solution, and start the project.

The configuration code in web. config is as follows:

Cause: when the project is generated, the webconfig file of the dll file will be generated in the bin directory and the referenced file will be found in the configuration. Therefore, if the file is not referenced or fails to be generated, the file cannot be found.
