Error in Curl during refund on WeChat, error code: 58

A Curl error occurred during refund. Error Code: 58 I used the demo on the official website for testing.

The two pem certificate addresses are also correct. they use the URL and absolute path.

One reason is that the certificate path is incorrect. download the PHP instance in the [certificate call example] and set the certificate in the windows component version by using
Getcwd (). '/apiclient_cert.pem.

How can this problem be solved?
