Error in Oracle OEM certificate on IE, navigation blocked, unable to "continue browsing this site"



Https://localhost:1158/em ie cannot login, Google Browser can. Very depressed ~
ORACLEDBCONSOLEORCL, Oracleoradb11g_home2tnslistener, Oracleserviceorcl normal start, you can even pl/sql.
After Oracle was installed, I used IE login, one months did not toss Oracle, found Https://localhost:1158/em is always stuck in the "This site's security certificate has a problem" page. Click on "Continue browsing this site (not recommended)." "Page does not jump.

Certutil-setreg Chain\enableweaksignatureflags 8

I also encountered the same problem, IE8 not even hint (in the same case, chrome access), upgrade to the IE9 is prompted, but can not cancel the entry, only after the execution of the above command to perform successfully.
