Program regeneration, Prompt for error: The manifest signing certificate could not be found in the certificate store.

It is possible that the previously deployed program certificate was deleted by me or the certificate expired, resulting in this problem. The solution is as follows:

Scenario 1: Right-click the project Properties-> signature-> to sign the ClickOnce manifest, removing the options that are checked out.

Scenario 2: Create a new signature in the signature.

Scenario 3: Notepad opens the corresponding csproj file, adjusts the node value. <SignManifests>true</SignManifests> modify true to False.
