Error message: the partner transaction manager has disabled its support for remote/network transactions.
Solution:
(1) choose windows Control Panel> Administrative Tools> Services> Distributed Transaction Coordinator> Properties> start
(2) run "net start msdtc" under CMD to enable the service.
Note: If step 1 Distributed Transaction Coordinator cannot be started, it is because the log file is lost, re-create the log file, and then start it. To recreate the MSDTC log and restart the service, follow these steps:
(1) click Start, click Run, enter cmd, and then press OK ".
(2) input msdtc-resetlog (note that when running this command, do not execute the pending transaction)
(3) enter net start msdtc and press enter!
Make the following configurations on both computers (windows2003 system ):
2. Click "add/delete Windows components ".
3. Select "application server" and click "details ".
4. Select Enable network DTC access and click OK ".
5. Click "next" and click "finish ".
6. In "start"-> "run", enter dcomcnfg.exe to start "component service ".
7. Right-click "My Computer" and choose "properties". On the "MSDTC" tab, click "security configuration.
8. Make the following settings in the security configuration window:
(1) select "network DTC access"
(2) select "allow remote client" and "allow remote management" in client management"
(3) Select "allow inbound" and "allow outbound" in transaction management communications. "verification is not required"
(4) ensure that the DTC login account is: NT Authority \ NetworkService
(5) click "OK ". This will prompt you that "ms dtc will stop and restart.
All dependent services will be stopped. Press "yes" to continue ". Click "yes" to continue.
9. Disable the network firewall (or open the corresponding port 135 or use services. msc to open the service and start the TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper service)

4. Click "enable or disable windows ".
5. Expand "role"-> "application server"-> "component service"-> right-click "local DTC"
6. Select the "security tab" of "local DTC" and make the following settings:
(1) select "network DTC access"
(2) select "allow remote client" and "allow remote management" in client management"
(3) Select "allow inbound" and "allow outbound" in transaction management communications. "verification is not required"
(4) ensure that the DTC login account is: NT Authority \ NetworkService
(5) click "OK ". This will prompt you that "ms dtc will stop and restart.
