Error due to moving or deleting DBF file:
ora-01033:oracle initialization or shutdown in progressCause: Generally, this type of failure is usually caused by moving files that affect the inability of an IO operation due to corruption of the database log file. Oracle will recognize that the database has not been loaded and is causing the error to occur. Fault characteristics: Using command line sqlplus or PL/SQL Developer cannot open the database. Repeat steps 3rd, 4, 5, until the 4th step no longer appears ORA-01157, ORA-01110 error message, that is OK.
