Solve:
RPM--import/etc/pki/rpm-gpg/rpm*

Error:
Ora-12705:cannot Access NLS data files or invalid environment specified
Solve:
Under Linux, if the environment variable Nls_lang value is na causes a ORA-12705 error, the workaround is to modify the set nls_lang=simplified Chinese_china. ZHS16GBK or just comment out the Nls_lang.

Error:
UnixODBC unixodbc-devel Report software conflict, unable to install. Yum-y Install unixodbc-2.11.0*.rpm
The rest of the packages are the same.

Error:
EM 1158 is using HTTPS because there is no certificate that cannot be accessed. Instead, you can use the HTTP method.
Solve:
Emctl Stop Dbconsole
Emctl unsecure dbconsole
Emctl Start Dbconsole

HTTP is also changed back to HTTPS with the following resolution:
Emctl Stop Dbconsole
Emctl Secure Dbconsole
Emctl Start Dbconsole

Sets the default language for the browser. In the language selection, move the English/American "en-us" to the first line. Under Reboot Emctl
