Error resolution in DPKG mysql-server-5.5 (Configure)

Error occurred while processing: mysql-server-5.5 mysql-servere:sub-process/usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

This problem just before I met, a period of time has been bothering me, but after my research, slowly groping, also consulted the relevant information, and finally solved the problem smoothly, now I will be the solution to the problem to share to everyone, so that more people know.

Before you delete MySQL, you need to remove/var/lib/mysql and/etc/mysql.

You need to enter the following several commands:

sudo rm/var/lib/mysql/-rsudo rm/etc/mysql/-R sudo apt-get autoremove mysql*–purge sudo apt-get remove AppArmor Restart reboot sudo apt-get install mysql-server Mysql-common

From top to bottom in order to enter the command to hit enter, and so on after these commands are executed, will reinstall the MySQL database, to reinstall the input password when the operation shows that your problem has been resolved!
