An error occurred while communicating with the Print spooler system service. Please open the Services snap-in to confirm that the Print Spooler service is running.

Solution:

1. Start the Print Spooler service on the server.

2. Run "tscc.msc", double-click "Rdp-tcp" of the connection,Select " client Settings", choose "Windows printer Mapping" and "LPT port mapping" to Disable both mappings, click OK.

3. Save the code below to "Fenableprintrdr.reg", and then double-click to run,

Workaround:
