When I am trying to reset IIS using "iisreset" from run commnadprompt, I get the error saying IISADMIN service couldnot start. to solve this, I went to "services. MSC "and tried starting the IISADMIN service. when trying to start IISADMIN, I get

Windows cocould not start the IIS Admin Service on local computer. for more information, review the system event log. if this is a non-Microsoft Service, contact the service vendor, and refer to service-specific error code-2147417831.

What solution I applied:
I killed the process inetinfo.exe from Task Manager and again run the command "iisreset". It worked.

So I tried to kill the Inetinfo. exse process and run the command: iisreset to restart the IIS service. Everything is OK.
