Error understanding of min Pool size in the connection string

Let's say we set the min Pool size to 30 in a ASP.net application's connection string:

Visit the application and monitor the. NET Data Provider for SQL Server-> with Windows Performance Monitor Numberofpooledconnections (total number of connections in connection pool):

The total number of connections in the connection pool is not 30, but 60 (see above). Min Pool size=30, why numberofpooledconnections be 60?
