After installing Epel, a problem is found:

Error:cannot retrieve Metalink for Repository:epel. Verify its path and try again


Workaround:

Modify the file "/etc/yum.repos.d/epel.repo", the BaseURL comment is canceled, mirrorlist comment out.


Test:

Yum Clean All

Yum List

.....

zeromq.x86_64 2.2.0-4.el6 Epel

zeromq-devel.i686 2.2.0-4.el6 Epel
